The Wanted are an English-Irish pop boy band based in London.  The group comprises Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker, and Nathan Sykes.  The band's debut single "All Time Low" reached number one on the Official UK Top 40 in August 2010.  Their upcoming debut studio album is scheduled for release on October 25, 2010.

The Wanted were formed in 2009 through a mass audition, and soon started working on their debut album with producers Guy Chambers, Taio Cruz and Steve Mac.  Their debut single, "All Time Low", produced by Mac, was released in the summer of 2010.  Upon its first week of release, the song debuted at number one in the United Kingdom.  Their next single, "Heart Vacancy", written by Wayne Hector and Lucas Secon will be released on October 18, 2010.  The video for the song has already surpassed 250.000 views in less than a week on Youtube.  Followed by their debut album on October 25, 2010.  The group, already with a very established female following, have over thirty thousand followers on social networking site, Twitter, and 185,000 on Facebook  The Wanted presented "The Wanted's Best Brit Boys Top 20" on August 23 on the 4Music channel.  They are set to tour with girl-band The Saturdays on their 2011 tour, The Headlines Tour.
