Pixie Lott (born Victoria Louise Lott, 12 January 1991) is an English actress, dancer and singer-songwriter.

Lott's debut single "Mama Do (Uh Oh, Uh Oh)" was released in June 2009 and went straight to number one in the UK Singles Chart.  Lott's follow-up single "Boys and Girls", also topped the UK charts in September 2009.  Her debut album Turn It Up was released in September 2009, reached number six on the UK Albums Chart, has been certified platinum and spawned four consecutive Top 20 singles.

Lott was born in Bromley, south east London.  She lives in Brentwood, Essex with her father, who is a stock broker, and her mother, a housewife; she also has an older brother and sister.  Her mother gave her the nickname Pixie because she was such a tiny baby.  After she started singing in her church school, Lott attended the Italia Conti Associates Saturday school in Chislehurst from 5 years old, she went onto the main school at 11 Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, where she was awarded a scholarship.  At the age of 13 Lott moved with her family to Brentwood, Essex.  During her time as a student she appeared in the West End production of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at the London Palladium, and in BBC One's Celebrate the Sound of Music as Louisa von Trapp.  At the age of fourteen she was part of the chorus line, recording vocals on Roger Waters's opera Ça Ira.  Lott visited local school, Brentwood County High School, on Friday 5 February 2010, to perform her latest hits, as well as reiterating the importance of going to school to the current students.  She also featured as a guest in an episode of MTV's My Super Sweet 16 UK.
