Wood started his career at the age of 19, signed with prestigious agency Major Management.

In 2006, Wood made his modeling debut at the fall "Dolce & Gabbana" shows in Milan.

Wood has since been seen on the pages of "Details", "Out", "Vogue", "GQ", "Citizen K", and "Macy's" catalog. He has worked extensively in Paris, Milan and New York in various campaigns such as "Ralph Lauren", "Bottega Veneta", and "Nordstrom", just to name a few.
